We are looking for a
RV Parts and Service advisor for our
Fergus location
(Robinson RV Centre).

Responsibilities include:
-

Schedule appointments for automotive repairs and maintenance.
Answer incoming calls and work with customers to identify what kind of services or parts they need.
Provide estimates for parts, repairs and inform customers of any additional services needed.
Communicate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of work.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the process
Cashing out customer, processing payments and closing the work orders in the system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Keep the service and parts area clean and organized.
Other duties as assigned.
