Description

Responsibilities:


  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls as necessary.
  • Maintain and organize paper and electronic documents, files, and records.
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accurate and professional language usage.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Track and update technician schedules, maintaining accurate records of appointments and changes.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal staff to gather and relay information as needed, using clear and effective English communication.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required, offering clear and concise communication in English.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with exceptional language proficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Salary:
$15.00-$18.00 per hour
