Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as required by project timelines

Hours Per Day: 8–10 hours per day

Job Overview:

GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Project Manager – Prefab Homes to join our Valued Clients team in Revelstoke, British Columbia. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence, quality craftsmanship, and safety. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of prefabricated home projects from design through delivery and installation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage prefab home construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to site or fabrication facility.
  • Monitor project progress, quality control, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work meets design specifications and standards.
  • Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in residential or modular/prefabricated construction.
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of residential building codes and regulations in British Columbia.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent designation.
  • Experience specifically with modular or prefabricated home manufacturing and installation.

Work Environment:

  • Combination of office-based work, manufacturing facility oversight, and on-site supervision.
  • Frequent travel to local project sites in and around Revelstoke, BC.
  • Work may involve exposure to active construction environments requiring appropriate PPE.
