Millar Western's Quesnel River Pulp Division is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the successful individual will collaborate with other departments in the mill to define objectives, develop long-range plans and budgets and prioritize the Electrical/Instrumentation and Maintenance workloads.

He or she will work with contractors and suppliers to ensure best value for all. This individual will also lead the department's safety program, acting as a mentor and coach to journeypersons and apprentices.
