BL Intimates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fit Technician to join our dynamic team.

As a Senior Fit Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the impeccable fit and quality of our products, maintaining our brand's reputation for excellence in fit and design.

Stay ahead of current trends and market demandsConduct research to identify emerging trends in intimate apparel Development of comprehensive Tech packsCommunication with factories and key retailors throughout fit and approval processesProvide clear and concise feedback to ensure alignment with brand standards and customer expectations.

Verify and measure samples to assess fit, construction, and quality.

Provide corrections and comments on samplesWork with factories for all new development samples while ensuring timely delivery of samplesPartner with the graphics team to develop CADs that accurately represent the intended design and fit specifications.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionallyDetail-oriented with a focus accuracy and quality.
Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
