As the Senior Manager Operational Reporting & Delivery you will be responsible for providing comprehensive telemetry and reporting on the operational state of the Global Corporate Functions Control Infrastructure encompassing project health budgeting budgetary compliance and reconciliation with both project and enterprise budget forecasts key performance indicators and key risk indicators compilation of weekly senior management update reports for major deployments work completed on significant programmes upcoming deployments regulator meetings misc events by round robin interview with gcf vp population assisting in preparation of annual budgets acting as junction point between project level detail overall finance submissions ensuring time tracking system project financial reporting system mars systems are in sync explaining breaks where appropriate reconciling differences monitoring alert escalating on these as needed this role is early warning system group respect to operational data hands-on collection data preparation reports exception alerting kpis kriss liaison with enterprise delivery office technology strategy business operations finance internal quality assurance cios functions champion high-performance environment contributes inclusive work environment understanding bank's risk appetite culture should be considered day-to-day activities decisions actively pursuing effective efficient operations respective areas accordance scotiabank values code conduct global sales principles while ensuring adequacy adherence effectiveness day-to-day business controls meet obligations respect to operational compliance amlatfsanctions conduct risk.
