Description

• Provide quotations for Ver-Mac traffic equipment for sale and/or rental, and specialized equipment such as speed radar signs, rapid flashing beacons, and LED stop signs. Your role is to act as a reseller/distributor for these products.
• Manage customer inquiries from inception to completion, including creating invoices, arranging drop shipments, and ensuring products are delivered in a timely manner.
• Be an expert in Product Knowledge, answering questions for clients presale, and supporting clients through the buying process.
• Responding to RFP/Proposals in public tendering processes.
• Utilize standardized price lists for quoting, and maintain standards of markup/margin and profitability.
• Attend industry events such as trade shows, conferences, golf tournaments, etc.
• Generate reports and findings based on event success/failure.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Consistently updating CRM Platform, keeping client leads and interactions updated.
• Develop your own Key Account Plans, and adhering to the companies Strategic Objectives set my management.

• Proficiency in Basic Softwares such as Google Suite (Word, Excel, Presentations)
• Strong knowledge of the Alberta Transportation (traffic signs & supply) industry.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
• Positive attitude and teamoriented approach.

• Experience in a similar role within the traffic and safety industry.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
