We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Associate assisting the Sales Team to expand our market presence through wholesale channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective sales operations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Stay uptodate with industry developments and best practices in sales management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills

Salary:
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
