The Role:


As the Service Delivery Practice Advisor at CLBC, you will lead and support a variety of continuous process improvement efforts for service delivery business processes.

You will engage and collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders which enables them to gather and analyze information, identify patterns, and provide recommendations for business process improvements and enhanced operational practices.

This role makes recommendations to management on opportunities for capacity building, developing, and implementing change initiatives across all regions.


Responsibilities include:

  • Business process improvement activities
  • Supporting provincial practice consistency in service delivery
  • Conducts research and analysis related to service delivery practice and process improvement initiatives
  • Identifying key areas of "risk" in the field and working with the Regional Management team to mitigate these risks


In this role, you will work in close partnership with teams in Service Delivery & Innovation, Finance, Policy, Contract/Procurement, Communications, People Development, and other stakeholders to support the smooth and effective implementation of business improvement initiatives and the realization of benefits in provincial practice consistency.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or social services supplemented by a minimum of 4 years' demonstrated experience in social service delivery, preferably in a community living setting
  • Lean Six Sigma or other performance business process reengineering, project management and/or PROCSI change management training is preferred
  • An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

Location:
Location Negotiable. This position can work from any CLBC office.


Travel:
Occasional overnight travel required within the CLBC catchment areas.

Possession of a Class 5 driver's license and a clean driver's abstract is required.


Hybrid work Combines on-site office work with the flexibility to work from home within BC after passing a 6 month probationary period.
