To be successful in this role, the Analyst, People & Culture Systems and Reporting has a passion about delivering high quality and personalized customer service to our colleagues.

Leveraging your technical acumen and your People & Culture functional knowledge in providing guidance to our end-users.

  • Resolving user and system access and managing related support tickets for cloudbased HCM system
  • Developing and maintaining user training material
  • Ensuring compliance and accuracy of employee data in our People & Culture systems
  • Optimizing employee data, via relevant tools, to generate actionable data and provides meaningful insights "beyond the numbers" that help internal stakeholders develop strategies for desired user behaviors

As an Analyst, People & Culture Systems and Reporting your responsibilities will include:

  • Support high volume, time-sensitive tickets cases from our internal customers and service center provider
  • Maintain organization foundational data in Workday, including department and location data, position management, compensation administration data, performance management data, etc.
  • Actively increase knowledge and skills related to areas of Human Capital Management (HCM) on a regular basis through Workday Community
  • Support the enhancement of Workday system by developing, executing, and documenting system testing to verify that results satisfy expected outcomes
  • Provide support in the creation of training and process documentation for changes to HRIS procedures
  • Provide recommendations for HRISrelated improvements to current People Services processes and practices through an understanding of the underlying policies and programs
  • Responsible for creating People & Culture data reports that are easy to use and interpret and which provide actionable insights to the wider People & Culture team
  • Maintain & design People Analytics Dashboards in PowerBI and/or Workday dependent on the stakeholder requirements or business n eeds
  • Collaborate with People and Culture, Data Analytics team to determine best methods, tools and techniques for data collection and analysis

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information System/Human Resources or related field
  • 13 years of functional/technical Workday HCM module experience required for employee data maintenance, mainly in Staffing, Performance and Talent Management
  • Experience with Benefits, Absence and Advance Compensation modules will be an asset
  • 13 years of experience in reporting analysis & generation, ideally in Workday
  • Intermediate experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI or Workday Discover Boards
  • Good understanding of People and Culture (HR) functional areas and services
  • High level of confidentiality and diplomacy required
  • Intermediate Excel experience working with large data sets utilizing advanced formulas and functionality (i.e. using pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
  • Experience preparing enduser training resources
  • Experience troubleshooting enduser and systems interface issues and HRIS in a mid
- to large-sized organization. Professional Services industry experience will be an asset, as is working in a Centre of Excellence environment
