About the role:_

You will lead_
Metric's marketing strategy_ and be responsible for the following:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across all major channels
• Content creation including taking and editing photos and videos (travel to jobsites required)
• Monitor and analyze social media and website traffic and engagement
• Web copy and SEO optimization
• Create a diverse range of marketing and promotional materials
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and new digital marketing tools and make recommendations for implentation

This is a full-time position with a flexible work schedule.

Starting salary commensurate with experience. $48,000 to $52,000/yr + dental/medical, RRSP matching, and paid volunteer opportunities.
