MARKETING COORDINATOR
Hybrid

Handicare offers safe patient handling solutions for caregivers including their patients and residents. We help health care facilities reduce the risk of injury to staff and clients.


We're looking for a multi-talented Marketing Coordinator who will be an integral member of our expanding team and provide support and assistance in managing our North American business.

The Marketing Coordinator is a key role and carries significant responsibility.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager this newly created position will provide support in achieving overall business goals, executing our annual marketing plan, assisting our sales teams, and providing insight into the continued development of content, branding, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Administration

  • Collaborates with the sales team providing marketing information and support for their sales activities.
  • Routinely updates the customer database within CRM.
  • Supports the clinical team with educational & training activities.
  • Works with the engineering team to create sales and technical bulletins for distribution amongst employees and customers.

Content Creation

  • Assists the Marketing Manager in developing marketing materials including copy, layout, and design elements for brochures, collateral, and promotional materials.

Website Support

  • Works closely with web agency on new projects and updates, including the creation of new pages to support initiatives.
  • Provides monthly reporting on key metrics.
  • Continually provides suggestions on how we can improve user engagement.

Trade Show Management

  • Owns the annual trade show calendar for North America.
  • Planning and maintaining schedule of tradeshows including bookings and trade show participation.
  • Development of pre
- and post-show marketing campaigns to attendees and customers.


Software Proficiencies

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs: skilled in Excel, PPT, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Skilled in

Adobe Creative Suite:
specifically in InDesign.

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS software.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Platform or similar software.
  • Previous experience utilizing CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.

Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Postsecondary degree in Marketing or an equivalent level of experience.
years of experience in a Marketing role preferably in the healthcare industry.

  • Continuous learner with an experimental approach to running campaigns.
  • Solid ability to plan short term while still having the foresight of the longterm goals.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Outstanding digital marketing acumen.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
