Business Development Associate - Mississauga, Canada - Quick HR

Job Summary:
Duties:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Partner with internal teams to design and implement effective business development strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and presentations.
- Present services to potential clients through direct communication, facetoface meetings, networking events, and conferences.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Track and report key metrics to measure the success of business development efforts.
Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients in a competitive market.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Pay:
$2,500.00 per month
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
