Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Do you want to level up your experience working in the real -estate industry this summer? This is your opportunity to work with Yardi Voyager, the most widely used Enterprise Resource Planning software in the real estate industry.

Below are the core responsibilities of the summer student role.

  • Work with Startup Team in setting up all new properties.
  • Update, manage and organize internal files such as documents and spreadsheets.
  • Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
  • Handle confidential client information appropriately.
  • Assist with completing account changes or creation of new accounts with utility companies.
  • Take on other duties as assigned by Team Lead.
Additional duties as required.


Education & Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a postsecondary education institution.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Products.
  • Data entry and customer service experience is an asset.
