About us
**Greystone Atlantic Properties operates a number of multi-unit apartments in the Windsor

  • Wolfville area.**Greystone Atlantic Properties is growing and we are looking to add to our renovation team.
Some of the skills we are looking for include:


  • Perform finish and trim carpentry according to directions provided by construction manager
  • Drywall repair/patches
  • Basic electrical
  • Basic plumbing
  • Basic framing
  • Ikea kitchen installations
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues with building components or equipment

Soft skills:

  • Maintain good relationships with supervisors, workers, subcontractors and public
  • Ability to work independently once instruction is provided
  • Ability to think through next steps, anticipate material/tool needs and prioritize tasks to reduce project delays

Salary:
$16.62-$35.51 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Windsor, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
