Position Summary:

The Pharmacy Coop (BPMH) student will primarily focus on collecting and documenting admission medication histories for patients in the Emergency Department and on the inpatient care floors.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Abilities:

Pharmacy experience preferred
Experience with best possible medication history and/or MedsCheck is an asset
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Strong computer proficiency
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a selfdirected manner as well as collaboratively within a team in a fastpaced and everchanging environment
Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service when interacting with patients, families, colleagues and physicians
