About the role

This position reports to the IT Regional Manager and operates under the general direction of the 1LMX International Operations PMO. The individual contributes to the successful operation of the 1LMX International Operations Team. A key element of this role is ensuring close integration between 1LMX product teams and business area operations within the specified region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage regular communication rhythms with key BA stakeholders within a particular region.
Coordinate key requirements inputs and business needs from International BA stakeholders to BA 1LMX implementation organizations and 1LMX product teams.
Support the 1LMX International Operations PMO to drive completion of key core team deliverables.
Highlight risk areas, blockers, and key priorities of by BA regional operations to the 1LMX International PMO and other stakeholders as needed.
Build close partnerships with BA stakeholders within a region and ensure alignment and consistent information flows between international and US domestic BA teams.
Ability and willingness to support international activities that occur outside conventional local working hours and to occasionally travel internationally, if required.

Additional skills desired for the role

Desired Skills:
General business experience and knowledge of LM operations in local region.
Previous experience as a Team lead.
Experience of working in an international environment that crosses multiple time zones, languages, and cultures.

About us

Across Lockheed Martin the 1LMX effort is an internal transformation project that will change the way the organisation is doing business. This includes system modernization, consolidation of Business Area processes & practices and cutting edge operations, IT and engineering implementation.
The International Operations team within the 1LMX Program is responsible for ensuring international integration and representation across all areas of the program. Primarily focusing on Australia, Canada, Poland and the UK, the team is responsible for facilitating the capture and delivery of all nonUS business and system requirements across all 1LMX product teams.
