No prior container or warehouse experience is required as we will train you from day one A Typical shift at

Young Guns:
We physically hand unload the freight from shipping containers with some team lifts up to 50lbs, to pallets, wrap the pallets and then stage for put-away drivers
Daily Online Training & Development (Soft & Hard Skills)
Site Captains included in company health & dental plan, phone allowance, full-time salary option, and bonuses
Assistance with Obtaining your Forklift License
Monthly team social activities outside of work
