Our BC head office location is seeking an experienced full-time
Quality Assurance (QA) Assistant to support our diverse and growing team.

What you will do:

Reporting to Quality Assurance Manager, the QA Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the implementation of quality assurance procedures and assisting in the development of quality improvement initiatives.

Some specific duties and tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:

Work with all functional teams closely to develop and optimize processes based on Quality Management System, and internal operations' needs.
Maintain good documentation and record under the quality management system.
Participate in strategic planning processes.
Responsible for recordkeeping, and organizing all necessary documentation to facilitate implementation, maintenance and effectiveness of the quality control programs.
Monitor daily quality control activities and testing performance.
Implement and monitor effectiveness of corrective and preventative actions.
Assist with risk management during the entire product life cycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science and related fields.
1+ related experience in handling Quality Assurance related processes.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, biomedical, and medical devices manufacturing industry.
Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin
