About us
Baywest Glazing fabricates and installs curtain wall, storefront, entranceways, interior glass and large windows in the Fraser Valley and greater Vancouver.
We are currently seeking a Lead Glazier to oversee & work with a small crew of - 6 installers to serve our growing cliental.

- Has years experience as a glazer and currently leading crews
- Takes ownership for results
- Is a learner who is developing professionally
- Is a team player who communicates effectively
- Is skilled and knowledgeable with a passion for glazing
- Can solve problems
Responsibilities:
- Comprehends construction drawings
- Communicates with Project Managers
- Sets up jobs
- Instals glazing systems to high standards
- Provides ongoing feedback on job status
- Ensures safety on the site for your crew
- Is a friendly, professional representative of the company

Job Types:

Salary:
$36.00-$42.00 per hour
