    We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the position of A220 Chief Flight Instructor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing local standardization teams, ensuring flight instructors meet competency requirements, and providing feedback on training programs.

      Manage the local standardization team.
    • Ensure flight instructors meet competency requirements defined in Airbus Training standards.
    • Ensure training and standardization forms are completed correctly.
    • Possess specific knowledge about A60.4 when applicable.Provide regular feedback to improve Airbus's Flight Crew Training Operations Manual.

    This role requires experience with airline operations, preferably wide-body aircraft. In addition, relevant knowledge in CBTA (Crew Resource Management), TEM (Threat Error Management), and Human Factors is mandatory."],
