Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon their arrival
- Checkin and checkout guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
