This position reports directly to the Service Manager

Job Summary:

Birchwood Honda West is looking to add a Service Consultant to the team

Shift details:
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM, occasional Saturday 8AM-4PM

Qualifications:

Dealership Parts and/or Service experience is required
Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
CDK experience is preferred, but not required
Valid driver's license, clear drivers abstract and transportation to work required
