AI Automation Developer for Regulatory Monitoring Project

Job description
We are an insurance agency specializing in contractor license bonds and general liability in CA, OR, WA, NV, and AZ.
We are building an automated authority content engine that monitors regulatory, legislative, OSHA, and contractor board websites for updates and converts them into WordPress draft blog posts with AI-generated primary images (dimensions provided) and related social media content.
All posts must be saved as drafts for human review before publishing. After publication, SocialBee will automatically distribute related content to LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and Facebook.Phase 1 – MVP
1) Source Monitoring (Regulatory Updates)
Use one monitoring tool:
Visualping (change detection + webhook alerts)
ChangeTower (keyword/condition-based alerts)
When a monitored page changes, trigger an alert payload including URL, changed text/screenshot, and timestamp.

1 AI-generated post image (multiple sizes for blog + social)

Log entry in Airtable or Google Sheet
Notify via Slack/email
3) AI Generation
Use OpenAI for:
Blog draft (structured:
What changed / Who it affects / What to do)
Social snippets (3–7 variants per platform)
Hero image generation (professional, on-brand)
Required Guardrails:
Always include source URL
Include "No legal advice" + "Verify with regulator/licensing board"
Summarize only detected changes (no speculation)
All content created as draft
4) WordPress Publishing
Use WordPress REST API with Application Passwords.
Draft posts must include:
Status:
Draft
Pre-filled title, slug, category/state tag
Optional SEO meta (Yoast/RankMath if possible)
Uploaded featured image
Admin reviews and manually publishes.
5) Social Scheduling
Option A (Preferred):
When a blog post is published, trigger a second workflow to:
Create scheduled posts in SocialBee
Include blog link + image
Schedule at preferred times
Option B:
Create social drafts immediately but set as "Needs Approval" within social tool.
Phase 2 – Authority Funnel Automation
After approval and publish:
Automatically schedule social posts via SocialBee
Add to monthly email digest draft
Maintain tagging by state and topic
