Job Position
We are looking for a Corporate Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior-level managers.
Typical corporate assistant tasks include:
- Sorting and allocating incoming paper and electronic mail
- Organizing and filing documents
- Handling incoming calls
- Managing schedules
- Arranging travel
- Preparing memos, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Supervising lowerlevel employees
- Training new staff members
Salary:
$18.90-$21.26 per hour
