    Job Description:

    Terrestar Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Leader to drive strategic growth and brand awareness. This key role will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing innovative marketing initiatives to enhance the company's online presence.

    Main Responsibilities:

    - Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and brand development.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the company's digital presence, including social media management, website content optimization, and innovative digital initiatives.
    - Manage and develop brands, ensuring consistent messaging, brand image, and compliance with established standards.
    - Support the planning and execution of strategic activities such as industry event sponsorships, public relations campaigns, and impact partnerships.
    - Measure, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of corporate communications strategies and initiatives, producing detailed dashboards of key performance indicators and making informed recommendations.
    - Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing materials, including digital campaigns, promotional videos, print materials, photo shoots, and corporate presentations, ensuring their strategic alignment with brand objectives.

    Marketing and Communications Management:

    - Proactively contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing mandates and projects arising from the team's responsibilities, including strategic social media management, media relations, stakeholders' collaboration, content strategy development, brand awareness campaigns, graphic and digital design, corporate events, and competitive intelligence.
    - Work closely with external partners (web agencies, digital media, creative teams, public relations) by actively participating in the development of creative and media briefings to ensure message consistency, quality of deliverables, and campaign effectiveness.
    - Support the administrative management of the marketing and communications function, including monitoring budgets, coordinating schedules, and optimizing internal processes to ensure smooth project execution.

    Management of Social Networks, Influencers, and Non-Profit Causes:

    - Develop and manage content creation for social networks, ensuring it is engaging and aligned with the Strigo and Terrestar brand strategy.
    - Interact with the online community, respond to questions and comments, and cultivate positive relationships with the community and customers.
    - Manage relationships with influencers and develop partnerships with non-profit causes in alignment with corporate values.
    - Maintain and update content calendar to ensure timely delivery of communications initiatives.

    Competency Profile and Minimum Requirements:

    - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    - At least 10 years' experience in marketing communications, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
    - Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and corporate communications.

    Other Qualifications:

    - Expertise in management and brand image.
    - Knowledge of B2C and B2B markets, with the ability to adapt strategies to the specific needs of each segment.
    - Comprehension of business processes, technology, telecommunications, and general business acumen.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
    - Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
    - Knowledge of digital tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, Similar Web, Cision, an asset.
