Smiles First Corporation is seeking an Entry Level Reporting Analyst to join our team The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for maintaining our company's Data and Reporting needs daily.

• Responsible for inputting all relevant data into a Microsoft Excel report
• Responsible for maintaining monthly production reports for our company and clients' data
• Interact with our Leadership team daily to gather relevant information and implement any changes to current reports, as requested
• Working with assigned dashboard and reviewing checklists to ensure all requirements have been captured (Quality Assurance)
• Collect data, analyze trends, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
• Build tables, graphs, and presentations
• Create / maintain all Production Documentation
• Provide training and technical assistance to other team members and users for generation of various types of reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and additional Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to work in a fastpaced, quick turnaround environment
• Completion of a postsecondary diploma/degree in a related field is an asset
• Previous experience in data entry/management role an asset
• Experience with any Dashboard software, such as NetSuite, is an asset
