Office Assistant


Responsibilities:


  • Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing documents.
  • Assist with order entry and maintain inventory records.
  • Provide administrative support to the office staff.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or meeting room.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for office personnel.
  • Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid BC Drivers License (N+)

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

  • Driving Licence (required)
