Office AssistantResponsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing documents.
- Assist with order entry and maintain inventory records.
- Provide administrative support to the office staff.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or meeting room.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for office personnel.
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid BC Drivers License (N+)
