The DevOps Technical Specialists, reporting into the DevOps function, are responsible for driving a diverse and highly skilled group of software engineers to deliver world class DevOps systems.
This position has responsibility for driving development operations, providing services across the embedded vehicle systems - Vehicle systems, modems, in-vehicle infotainment, advanced driver assistance systems and beyond.
The minimum requirements we seek
- 5+ years working in an associated technical field delivering embedded and development systems.
Our preferred requirements
- Masters degree preferred.
- Experience in implementing DevOps including for safety critical embedded systems.
- Demonstrated time in role working in a multidisciplined organization focused on delivering development efficiency
- Excellent communication skills both up and down the organization to achieve the desired results.
- Organizational skill: Strong collaboration skills, clear and concise direction coupled with an ability to move within the organization to complete work and balance tradeoffs.
- Strategic thinking: Demonstrated examples of driving strategy from concept through to Production.

- Partner to re-define a technical vision, technical strategy, KPIs and architecture for this function
