Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and certified Personal Trainer to join our fitness team.

As a Personal Trainer, you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through customized workout plans and motivational support.


Duties:


  • Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels.
  • Develop personalized workout plans tailored to clients' individual goals and needs.
  • Instruct and demonstrate exercises, ensuring proper form and technique.
  • Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness milestones.
  • Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their fitness programs as needed.
  • Provide nutritional guidance and lifestyle recommendations to support overall wellness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workout environment.

Skills:


  • Certified Personal Trainer accreditation from a recognized institution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively explain exercises and motivate clients.
  • Ability to adapt workout plans for individuals with varying fitness levels and abilities.
  • Experience in conducting fitness assessments and creating tailored workout programs.
