Braber Equipment, a well-established manufacturer, distributer, and wholesaler of agricultural equipment and parts, is seeking a professional and experienced individual with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to join our team as a
Customs Administration Clerk/Order Management Administrator.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Quoting and understanding pricing for all aspects of shipments
  • Scheduling client deliveries, carriers, and coordinating additional required services
  • Analysis and route selection
  • Carrier performance management
  • Track and trace to provide updates, as needed
  • Plan for future shipments and confirm product availability
  • Shipping, receiving, delivering to customers (either through company truck or 3rd party), inventory, material handling
  • Improvement of projects for managing and controlling logistics
  • Report and analyze data; present to senior management when necessary
  • Data Entry and Order administration, as required
  • Web Orders, as required
  • Other duties, as required

Qualifications Required:


  • Postsecondary education, ideally in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, with an understanding of inventory control processes
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, sound business judgement and the capacity for continued growth and development
  • Able to be assertive and respectful
  • Have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to focus in a fastpaced environment
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle issues that arise in a logical and methodical manner
  • Ability to follow direction and have an appreciation for adhering to process
  • Strong typing skills, proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with ERP system is considered an asset
  • Experience with import/export paperwork for North America cross border shipments
  • Experience with import/export paperwork for International shipments
  • Experience with planning and tracking multiple shipments
  • Knowledge of Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (HS)/Customs Tariffs
  • Familiar with various programs and portals: ACE, eManifest, CERS
years experience with freight negotiations

  • Business Diploma or equivalent experience
Hours of operation are Monday

  • Friday, 8am4:30pm. However, additional hours may be required to fulfill job duties. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

From $50,000.00 per year

Education:


  • Secondary School (required)

Experience:

- customs: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
