Part Time Administrator - Newmarket, Canada - Century 21 Real Estate
Description
Specific Job Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Manage incoming phone calls, messages, etc.
- Inventory and ordering of various office supplies.
- Broker load listings into TRREB MLS and ITSO.
- Prepare Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Amendments, Waivers, and all other documents as required using webforms and skyslope.
- Be the first point of contact for customers coming into the office.
- Maintain listing/deal files in an organized and complete manner.
- General office tasks as required.
- Available to work flexible hours/evenings and weekends a

Part-time hours: 12 per week
Salary:
$17.00-$18.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Night shift
- On call
Experience:
- real estate: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
