Maintenance Technician

We are currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician at our facility in Lethbridge, AB.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for keeping the factory equipment and overall facility in optimal working and safe order.
Responsibilities:
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure equipment runs at expected speed with minimal down time
Maintain electrical and mechanical reliability of bulk handling packaging lines
Troubleshoot
Continuous improvement through root cause elimination
Small capital projects
Train operators on operation and maintenance of equipment
As needed repairs to the facility interiors and other areas in separate from equipment
OE/Lean
Acts as resource and champion for department continuous improvement activities
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
HS Diploma or Equivalent
Red Seal licensed Millwright (433A) with at least 5 years' experience in manufacturing industry required
Exposure to packaging industry is preferable
IND123
