Description

Duties:


  • Order entry and paperwork processing
  • Review customer purchase orders
  • Answering phones and direct calls accordingly. Provide backup for phones when necessary.
  • Ensure orders are processed correctly in a timely manner
  • Work closely with Operations staff and customers to expedite and track orders
  • Handle paperwork needs. EI filing, scanning, etc.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience using Microsoft Office is beneficial (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Starting wage based on experience


Starting salary:
$16.00 per hour


Hours:
M-F, 8AM-5PM
