Description
Duties:
- Order entry and paperwork processing
- Review customer purchase orders
- Answering phones and direct calls accordingly. Provide backup for phones when necessary.
- Ensure orders are processed correctly in a timely manner
- Work closely with Operations staff and customers to expedite and track orders
- Handle paperwork needs. EI filing, scanning, etc.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Postsecondary of any type is an asset
- Flanges and fittings knowledge is an asset
- Experience using Microsoft Office is beneficial (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Starting salary:
$16.00 per hour
Hours:
M-F, 8AM-5PM
