What's this role about?


As a UX Platform Product Manager at Auvik, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of Auvik's user experience, enabling Auvik to lead with UX as a differentiator in a fast paced and competitive IT Services market.


What will I be doing?

You will:

  • Partner with our UX Design & Engineering teams to drive drive implementation of our Design System
  • Own the product roadmap for all userfacing elements of our Platform, from Information Architecture to Design System
  • Partner with feature teams to incorporate their future needs into the Platform vision & roadmap
  • Empower all product teams at Auvik to make decisions that deliver the best possible experience for our users
  • Engage with our users to gather both qualitative and quantitative feedback on the platform

What are we looking for?

  • An experienced product manager who has successfully taken a product from ideation to revenue before.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Take technical outcomes and translate those into business outcomes and vice versa.
  • Highly collaborative working style shares early and often, exhibits low ego, treats feedback as a gift
  • Proven track record of shipping delightful experiences on large / missioncritical projects
  • Empowers their Agile team to consider product & technology decisions in terms of the user experience advocates effectively for the user
  • Strong problemsolving skills. Breaking large complex problems into smaller and more focused problems.
  • Avid curiosity and the ability to learn new things quickly.

Bonus Points:

Personal, hands-on exposure to the pain points IT departments face, or relevant networking education would be a strong asset.
