Altitude is seeking a Sales and Marketing Lead for our state-of-the-art facility in Toronto.The Sales and Marketing Lead is responsible for increasing brand awareness amongst qualified prospects, lead generation and achieving pre-planned sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing_
- Ad platform management. Manage our current monthly spend across Google/FB/ IG/and others. Success means costefficiently scaling that exponentially in whatever way you think will deliver
- Establish a weekly testmeasurelearn feedback loop with creative to drive consistent ad improvements
- Create growth dashboards with the team & monitor budgets, campaign performance, ROI, LTV, and other channel metrics
- Find the highest impact levers between targeting, creative, postclick experience or algorithmic optimizations and execute on the changes
- Lead Generation and Business Development_
- Lead Generation and Engagement, including establishing, expanding, and tracking outreach initiatives and strategic partnerships
- Host events and workshops for infacility lead generation
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material and events
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients, opportunities, and new business verticals
- Operate and manage CRM System
- Sales_
- Responsible for selling services including memberships and personal training packages, and meeting preplanned sales goals
- Identify qualified prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
- Organize and assemble company contacts and information
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with customers and nurture prospects
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Oversee sales strategy and evaluate progress through regular reporting and analytics
Skills and Requirements:
- Passion and personal interest in fitness/sports/hiking/athletics/wellness required
- Experience with paid marketing channels and platforms
- Experience with Hubspot, Google Analytics and Facebook Ad Manager
- Degree in Business administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Drive and initiative to take on projects and independently steer them towards completion
- Proven sales experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience with professional written communication, contract negotiation, and pricing
- Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies and processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks and prioritize and time manage accordingly
- Strong business acumen, and attention to detail
- Team player mentality with ability to build relationships with clients and team members
- Able to lead initiatives with energy and enthusiasm and will have expertise in market and sales analysis processes and systems including CRM and other software tools.
- Able to work in a fastpaced and dynamic startup environment
- Need to obtain an excellent understanding of Altitude Athletic Training Products, Services, Policies, Terms and Conditions, Operating Hours, Code of Conduct
