Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth for our company.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, market knowledge, and a passion for customer service.

Duties:

Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data and make datadriven decisions
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
Proven track record in account management and building customer relationships
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
