About the Role


The primary focus of the Marketing Coordinator is the development and implementation of omnichannel marketing strategies, plans, programs, and campaigns.

The coordinator will oversee a wide range of brand activities to preserve and enhance brand equity, supporting both operational activities and communications.

This ensures that marketing strategies, plans, and tactics will drive our brand and experience principles and develop positive guest experience and loyalty.

The coordinator will build strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.


With a big focus on guest experience and bringing our brand to life, the coordinator will work closely with the full marketing team and internal technology, strategy, operations and development teams to drive the VIFC marketing strategy forward.

The coordinator will manage and execute several functions including event management, campaign execution and project management.


Responsibilities:


  • Working with the Marketing Manager, plan, manage and execute the strategic marketing plan and objectives for the corporate and service brands
  • Responsible for the coordination, tactical execution, tracking and daytoday administration the marketing strategy and initiatives
  • Support and execute marketing campaigns, consumer events and special projects
  • Collaborate and support technology, guest experience and communications teams on a consistent basis to align on objectives, content, and brand
  • Manages project timelines and workflows under deliverable schedules between multiple internal and external clients and suppliers, to include the delivery of strategic market plans
  • Coordinates with the Content Creator on ideas or logistics, share sourced content, and updates
  • Assist in reporting on marketing budgets, plans and measurement
  • Maintain marketing materials including promotional items, and equipment

What We're Looking For

  • Undergrad degree in Marketing, Tourism or another related combination of education, training and experience
  • 3+ years of marketing and/or project management work experience
  • Experience managing crossfunctional marketing projects
  • Brand Champion we're looking for an ambassador who understands the ethos of our brand and how to communicate to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to handle significant variation in workload across several workstreams
  • A natural curiosity, humility, and hunger for growth
