The Opportunity
The Receivables Analyst is an individual contributor primarily responsible for the monitoring and collection of overdue premiums on various billing systems.
Responsibilities
- Assess and negotiate solutions to bring accounts up to date.
- Handle disputes and determine repayment plans while remaining customerminded and empathetic.
- Ability to deescalate customer concerns and resolve situations.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time in a fastpaced environment.
- Prepare adjustments and seek authorization to write off debit balances.
- Recommend process changes and system enhancements.
- Analyze, reconcile, and key timely coding including rolling of balances.
- Engage proper stakeholders for prompt closure of the termination files.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time in a fastpaced environment.

- Financial reconciliation.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Data analysis.
- Good knowledge of Group Benefits business.
- Strong knowledge of Allocation procedures and processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize high volumes.
- Strong mathematical & analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Focused on positive customer service experience.

- Knowledge of insurance contract law and state legislative requirement.
