• Shift work rotation will be 3pm12am school days and 12pm12am weekends and nonschool days. Rotation schedule includes alternate weekends
• Group home setting for youth age 121
• Must hold a class 5 minimum novice 2 license, international license will not qualify
• A criminal record check with a vulnerable sector check will be required

• Provide supervision and guidance to youth in a safe and supportive environment
• Plan and implement educational and recreational activities for children
• Assist with homework and life skills
• Foster positive relationships with youth and promote socialemotional development
• Maintain a clean and organized space
• Establish and maintain healthy professional boundaries
• All staff must be able to drive up to 5 youth in our vehicle. A class 5 minimum novice 2 license is required to add staff to our insurance, an international license does not qualify

• Previous experience working with children or youth in an similar setting
• Ability to engage and connect with youth from diverse backgrounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors
