Manga Hotel Group is a privately held Canadian company involved in the acquisition, development, and management of real estate with a focus on high quality hotels affiliated with prestigious brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and InterContinental Hotel Group.

Currently, Manga Hotels owns and operates 28 hotels with over 5000 rooms, 15 food and beverage outlets and 5 residential properties with a number of new properties and developments in the pipeline.

As Manga Hotels continues to expand, we are actively seeking talented individuals to join our growing team.

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk who is highly energetic, detail-oriented, and professional, with extensive experience in accounting functions such as bookkeeping, accounts payable, and payroll.

This individual will join our dynamic team in person at the corporate head office of Manga Hotel Group.

Responsibilities include:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records;Processing accounts payable;Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts;Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements;Performing data entry and ensuring the accuracy of financial information;Handling payroll processing and related tasks;Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures;Communicating with vendors and customers to resolve billing and payment issues; andSupporting the accounting team with various administrative tasks as needed

Knowledge & Credentials:
Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role, is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly ExcelBachelor's degree or three-year diploma in Finance or Accounting
