Position Summary
What you'll do:
- Answer phones quickly, professionally, courteously and directs incoming calls to appropriate individuals.
- Field and respond to inquiries regarding products, service, pricing, lead time, delivery, returns, and complaints.
- Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other company departments when necessary.
- Establish and maintain relationships within assigned account base and with outside sales force.
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
- Inform customers and coworkers of delivery requirements for orders and coordinate, if necessary, specific arrangements for deliveries as per the customer's request.
What you'll need:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Inside Sales (Customer Service, Pricing, Quoting)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs specifically, Word, Excel and Outlook with intermediate Excel Skills.
- Experience using SAP within the manufacturing industry is a strong asset
- Must have exceptional organizational skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
- High attention to detail
- Self-Starter with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Bilingual (French fluently).
Working Conditions:
- Office environment (working partially remotely is an option)
- Some overtime as required.
- Travel as required.
- Hours of work: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
