Position Summary

What you'll do:


  • Answer phones quickly, professionally, courteously and directs incoming calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Field and respond to inquiries regarding products, service, pricing, lead time, delivery, returns, and complaints.
  • Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other company departments when necessary.
  • Establish and maintain relationships within assigned account base and with outside sales force.
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
  • Inform customers and coworkers of delivery requirements for orders and coordinate, if necessary, specific arrangements for deliveries as per the customer's request.

What you'll need:


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Inside Sales (Customer Service, Pricing, Quoting)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs specifically, Word, Excel and Outlook with intermediate Excel Skills.
  • Experience using SAP within the manufacturing industry is a strong asset
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-Starter with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Bilingual (French fluently).

Working Conditions:


  • Office environment (working partially remotely is an option)
  • Some overtime as required.
  • Travel as required.
  • Hours of work: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
