Who Are You?

A Day in the Life

  • Inspire and educate students with cuttingedge techniques and industry practices that are essential for currentday jobs in the field.
  • Transform an existing course syllabus into captivating lesson plans, detailing what will be taught and the exciting methods in which the course material will be delivered.
  • Collaborate with other staff to develop imaginative and innovative techniques to teach students about the multifaceted aspects of their course.
  • Work closely with other faculty members to ensure that the curriculum is accurate and uptodate, providing students with the latest industry knowledge and skills.
  • Empower students by offering guidance on issues related to their course, supporting them in overcoming any challenges they may face.
  • Challenge students with homework and assignments that are designed to enhance their understanding and skills in the course.
  • Provide students with regular and timely feedback, helping them to achieve their full potential and reach their career goals.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in an appropriate area of development within the past decade, and/or at least one accredited published movie, game, or app title.
  • Demonstrable expertise and experience in the field, with a thorough understanding of industry practices and techniques.
  • Ability to effectively lead workshops, lectures, and seminars, utilizing strong communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with and teaching students is advantageous, with the ability to provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
  • Possesses critical thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to adapt and respond to changing situations in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with experience using MS Office and social media platforms.
  • Professional and versatile written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fastpaced work environment.
