As a
Maintenance Person, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery.

You will partner with the Facilities Manager and the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma
• COVID 19 Vaccination approved exemption status

Responsibilities:

• Performing prestart up/start up checks on all equipment.
• Ensuring facility is kept clean.
• Ensuring routine maintenance is performed on all facilities is performed daily.
• Ensuring all debris is removed from all facilities after cleaning.
• Ensuring all emergency equipment is used for its intended purpose.
• Ensuring all electrical equipment is inspected, tested, and working as required for the needs of the facility.
• Ensuring all painting jobs are completed as scheduled, including coats on exterior of facility.
• Keeping interior and exterior of facility neat, clean, and orderly.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical features of various electrical features.
• Inventorying of all equipment.
• Responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on a scheduled basis on assigned facilities.
• Perform basic office duties, including filing documents, performing clerical work, answering phones, etc.

From $24.19 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 2 years (required)
