Assistant Manager Part-Time (could lead to full-time) You are a charismatic and enthusiastic team leader who assists in motivating and coaching team members to ensure the highest standards of quality, customer service and cleanliness.
Duties:
Work closely with the store manager and assist in daily operations of the store.
Implement operational procedure.
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports. Control Inventory.
Promote customer relations. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Monitor staff performance.
Train and supervise staff.

Qualifications:_1 year management or 1 to 2 years supervisory experience in a fast paced food service environment.
Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.
Excellent computer skills.
Proven decision maker, problem solver and critical thinker.
A natural team leader who prides themselves on building relationships with guests and your team.

Work Conditions:_
Fast Paced, Tight deadlines, Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects.

Food Services: 2 years
Salary:
$18.00-$19.00 per hour
