Description
Carpenter
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Preparing construction sites for work by removing debris and preparing areas for construction
- Carpentry and other types of construction: building foundations, walls, roofs, decks, etc.
- Assembling and installing materials and equipment onto buildings and structures
- Hauling materials from trucks to job sites
- Operating tools and equipment safely at all times
- Monitoring weather conditions on job sites to ensure temperatures are within legal limits
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site at all times
Skills:
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to climb ladders and perform labor at heights (on roofs)
- Ability to work in tight spaces (on roofs)
- Professionalism during jobsite visits
- Proven experience as a carpentry worker or similar role
Salary:
$36.00-$40.00 per hour
