Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and experienced New Home Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective homebuyers through the sales process, showcasing our new home communities for multiples locations, and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in the housing market and ability to connect with clients will be crucial in helping them find their dream home.

Duties

  • Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences in a new home.
  • Conduct tours of model homes, and available properties, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Prepare and present sales materials, including brochures and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless buying experience for clients.
  • Assist in the negotiation process to close sales effectively.
  • Prepare Builder form agreements of purchase and sale
  • Attend project events and open houses to promote new home offerings.
  • Complete pre-delivery inspections with clients.
  • Help the client choose their selections for interior and exterior finished.

Requirements

  • Must have a Vehicle with a valid G Liscence.
  • Reco License (not a must)
  • Must be bilingual in French and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Be able to work programs such as: Word, Acrobat, Gmail, Excel
  • A passion for helping others find their ideal home.
