Aqua Fast Flush is looking to hire an individual to fill the position of:

Project Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Invoicing: Prepare accurate and timely invoices, verify details, and collaborate with finance department.
  • Job Tracking and Scheduling: Monitor project progress, communicate updates, and maintain records using project management tools.
  • Assist in preparing accurate quotes for changes or additional requests.
  • Monitor payment statuses, communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies, and follow up on payments.

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Previous project coordination or administration experience is an asset.
  • Good understanding of computers

Salary:
$39,510.19-$80,545.50 per year
