Description

Duties:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to customers
Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selection
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for banquets and catering events
Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints

Experience:

Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant, banquet, or catering setting is preferred
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
Strong math skills, including the ability to accurately calculate bills, handle cash, and make change
Familiarity with retail math for inventory management purposes is a plus
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
