Corporate Store Manager. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader to help build, mentor, and guide a high-performing team from Day 1.


Position & Duties

As a Booster Juice Store Manager, you will ensure execution of store operations during your scheduled shifts by deploying staff and delegating tasks to create the ideal Booster Juice Experience for each customer through exemplary and prompt customer service, quality beverages and products, and providing a clean and safe store environment.

You also will be responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Booster Juice policies and procedures.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain adequate staffing levels by recruiting, selecting, and training employees.
  • Creating schedules that reflect business needs while controlling labour expenses.
  • Maintaining a safe, secure work environment that adheres to all labour codes and laws.
  • Developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Processing payroll.
  • Conducting monthly inventory counts and maintaining adequate product levels.
  • Ensuring positive staff performance by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising performance.
  • Coaching and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards for performance.
  • Establishing strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and opportunities; defining objectives, and evaluating outcomes.
  • Accomplishing financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Maintaining quality service by enforcing high quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and identifying trends.
  • Ensuring all staff are aware of new materials, company, and department updates.
  • Contributing to a complete team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
